Aisha Makhdoom founded Makhdoom Law in 2020. With a focus on personal injury and workers’ compensation law, she brings a wealth of experience to her clients.

Before establishing her own firm, Aisha honed her skills at Kahn Gordon Timko & Rodriques, P.C. as an Associate Attorney. There, she handled a wide range of personal injury cases, from inception to resolution with regard to unsafe premises and car crashes.

Aisha’s commitment to justice is rooted in her personal experiences. As a first-generation American, she understands the challenges faced by immigrant communities. Her fluency in Urdu, Hindi, and Punjabi allows her to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds and ensure effective communication.

Ms. Makhdoom received her JD from City University of New York (CUNY) School of Law, and her Undergraduate Degree in Criminology from John Jay College of Criminal Justice. Aisha was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York.  She is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey, as well as the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.

Aisha is an active member of several legal organizations, including the American Association for Justice, the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, the South Asian Bar Association of New York, and the Muslim Bar Association of New York.
